More Tagging..

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Definitely Hot Chocolate.. but it has to be the homemade type, not the powdered package kind.
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? It depends on how big the present is.
3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? white
4. Do you hang mistletoe? yup
5. When do you put your decorations up? usually December 1, my dad's birthday is November 30 and he doesn't like to celebrate Christmas before his birthday. Although this year we actually put our tree up the weekend before Thanksgiving otherwise it probably wouldn't happen.
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? hmm.. I like it all.. don't know that I have a favorite.. turkey and dressing are pretty good.
7. Favorite holiday memory as a child: leaving for church with my family.. all of us together and then coming home and finding out Santa had been there while we were gone. I'm still confused.. we all left and went together.. came home together too.. that Santa is a tricky one.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I had a bad habit of peaking at my gifts before Christmas. One year my parents had told us that they would know if we snooped, but I went in their closet anyway and just looked up. I saw a train set that I had wanted and then on Christmas morning Santa brought me that train set. I was already sceptical, but this was what sealed the deal.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? We do Christmas with my family on Christmas Eve so yes, I open lots of gifts on Christmas Eve.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? This year it's mostly bulbs, white, red and a few small silver. And some snowmen ornaments. I wanted it to be simple.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? When I'm not working I love it. ... When I'm working I dread it.. absolutely hate it.

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? No, I don't know if there was a favorite
14. What is the most important thing about the Holidays for you? getting to spend time with our families
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? Christmas cookies
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? We don't have many traditions
17. What tops your tree? A star
18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? Giving.. as long as it's something I know the person will really like.
19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? Carol of the Bells and I want a hippopotomous for Christmas.

21. What do you want for Christmas? This year ... I really don't know. I need some new slacks..
22. Do you attend an annual Christmas Party? Yup, we have one tonight for Nate's work, one tomorrow for my work.. and an ugly sweater one last week.
23. Do you dress up on Christmas or wear PJs? Sometimes I get dressed.. not up.. just dressed.. .and some years it's all pj's
24. Do you own a Santa hat? Yes, but only because Katie Isenberg left it at my house last year
25. Who do you normally spend Christmas with? We spend Christmas Day with Nate's family.. although when we have kids we will spend Christmas morning at home.
