For some reason they helped the first couple of days.. now I'm afraid to eat them. You see most of what I eat these days is based on how easy it will come back up.
Any suggestions on home remedies?
Here's what I've already tried (or am currently trying)
-Ginger anything
-Saltines, all day... before I get out of bed, when I go to bed, when I feel nauseous, etc.
-Goldfish crackers
-Sea Bands (these did absolutely nothing)
-Phenegran (sp ?)
-Zophran (helping some.. but it seems to be fading)
-Preggie Pops

It sounds like you are doing everything I've ever heard! It's fun when those things don't work. The only thing that helped me was an IV bag with zophran, phenergan and vitamins flowing through me 24 hours a day.
I liked eating icecream because it was totally okay coming back up! eggs, pancakes, cheese pizza, plain hamburgers were okay too. Pretty much anything bland!!
It's a really good sign you are still able to work though!
I would just call Kayla. All I can suggest are the saltines and holding your breath until week 12. It's like a magic switch gets flipped at that point. HEAVEN!
The thing that helped me was Ginger Ale and Benadryl.
Lemon Drops.
I think you just have to wait it out :( It's not fun but it makes the next trimester even sweeter!!
thats everything I can think of. I was so very sick until about 16 weeks. I hope yours eases off soon. Even at 24 weeks I still have my days :(!
I was sick until week 16 too and every once in awhile I would get sick again. i just tried to always have some kind of snack every 2 hours or so... trail mix with m&m's, dry cereal (Life cereal) or the small to go cereals, hard candy all the time (I am surprised my teeth didn't rot! I had lots of candy canes at Christmas!....plain piece of bread, baked pretzels, and freezer popsicles. my doctor told me around 12 weeks to just make sure to get a lot of carbs if you can. I took Zophran too...I was still nauseated...but I don't think I threw up on the days I took it. It was too expensive though, so I didn't take it often. Just remember no matter how much it stinks that you are sick...its a great sign that your Hormones are way up there and your baby is doing good.
p.s....I wouldn't even try to eat BBQ if I were you!
Booze...lots of booze.
Altoid Citrus Sours were great for my sickness!
And they are SOUR!
