A Real Post

Brixton is almost 4 months old now!! Man, time really does fly by. There are so many things I am already behind on... the main one is in his baby book. It has a place for Nate and I to each write him a letter. I was hoping to do that before he was born, but ran out of time since he came so early. Then I was going to do it when he was one month old... two months old... you get the picture. Hopefully I can get it done before his first birthday.

He's getting so big. He can follow things when they move, smile, "talk," he's starting to actually grab his toys and just in the past day he's started really looking at his hands (he's been chewing on them for a while).

My favorite thing he does right now is this gurgle/growl noise. He makes the cutest face, but we've had the hardest time capturing it on video.
Today he was doing it and I grabbed the camera and all I got was this...

I did eventually get this one... (just wait.. it's right after the sneeze)

We are still trying to figure out our childcare situation. We're meeting a lady tomorrow, hopefully we like her and it will be a good fit. Just keep praying that we find a good place for him. This has been a tough week for me. I've called so many places and so many are full. It's just hard to adjust to leaving him with someone we don't know. I'm sure in a few months I look back and see God's plan through this.
