I have got to find someone who has canceled a credit card and can tell me some sort of story about dealing with the credit card company. It doesn't have to be dramatic.. just more wordy than "it was fusstrating." (yes, I know it's frustrating, but that is about the caliber of response I have so far! Even more reason for the all caps title.)
If you or someone you know has been through this please let me know. I need someone who is willing to be on TV and is available this week!!

Chellie, I have had to cancel a credit card and to say it was frustrating is an understatement. They would not take NO for an answer. It finally took me threatening to call a lawyer for them to back off. My email is nicole.bauer@cox.net if you need to reach me.
