We have had serious issues with our front door since we moved in..
It may look OK, but we never could actually lock it and recently it became harder to open... the picture is pretty self explanatory.
Yup, the door knob inside came off and the wood was so rotted there wasn't any hope in just replacing the knob.So, we ordered a new door several weeks ago. It came in the week before last and was installed last week!

We painted it gray... and got rid of the screen door. They still have to come back to put the trim around the outside, that's why it looks pretty rough around the edges.
The gray goes with the color we hope to someday paint our living room... but that's another post.
