I took him for his 18 month check up yesterday and he weighs 30 lbs and is 33 inches tall. At his 12 month appt. he was in the 25th percentile for weight now he's in the 95th! That's quite a jump.
Maybe it's because he eats like this:

Seriously, why doesn't Jimmy John's have a kids menu. For the record, he didn't eat the whole sandwich, just half of it.I'm just glad his head isn't the only thing in the 90-percentile range anymore. Maybe his belly evens it all out.
And for a little more cuteness... he's started saying I love you. Doesn't have the words down as well as the sound, but it definitely melts my heart!

my kids' heads are in the 95th % but they are only in the 25-50th % on weight and height...the dr said this last time to the young one, "Oh, you still have a little of a soft spot don't you?" then after looking at his head size later he responds, "Oh, that's why you still have a soft spot, you head is pretty big." Nice one, doc.
