We've been letting Brixton's hair grow for a while, but it drives me crazy. On one hand I think it's adorable -- on the other it never looks just right and sticks out everywhere. Nate had wanted to let it grow and so I didn't argue, it's just hair. But right before Christmas I decided it was time to chop off those little locks and Nate didn't argue.
The before:
I'm not one to pay a lot for a kids haircut and I own hair cutting scissors so I plopped him down in the dining room and got to work.
I chopped lots of long pieces. I can't believe the huge pile of hair on the floor. That looks like one of my haircuts!
And here's the after!! At first, I looked at him and thought, "what have I done!" I sort of missed his longer hair. However, after a couple of hours the new look had grown on me and now I love it.
Love this kid!
And one more before and after... because I love side by side pictures.

He looks older for sure. Good job!
You have got one cute boy there! I still keep replaying the moment when B told J that he said a prayer for him. Thank you for that.
I like it! Good job.
