The week has worn me out! Here are just a few of the images I've seen...so sad for these people. Sure, I'm tired, but I still have a home unlike so many I've met.
At least 14 homes in this neighborhood were destroyed.

I've seen some good things this week too. One of the best... the dozen or so volunteers I met yesterday who were helping clean up a man's land in the pouring down rain. Not just any property, but a rural area with A LOT of MUD!! No complaining.. they just got to work dragging limbs and piling up debris.
If you want to volunteer they will be taking volunteers today (Saturday) at the county building at 7105 S. Anderson Road. They have a list of people who have asked for help and are sending crews out to those places first.

I'm always awe-struck when I see the damage of a tornado. It's hard to imagine so much wind can do so much.
