At his 4-month appointment among the long list of "does he..." questions Brixton's doctor asked was the question "does he laugh?"
I remember stopping and then saying, "Well, I guess."
You see he would only go "huhuh." That was it. When I told the doctor that she laughed and said no parent had actually told her how they laughed before. But all I could think was "why doesn't he laugh? Is there something wrong with him? Is it a big deal?" So, each month when she asks I just say yes to the laugh question even though in my head I think he really doesn't but I guess I'll count the huhuh...
Well, now he does! He still doesn't do it a lot, but you can imagine my excitement at his appointment Wednesday when I could proudly say "YES!! He LAUGHS!!"
Such a paranoid mom I am...
