Kitchen Project: I Need Your Input

I'm ready to start filling cabinets but I want to put things in the right place. Seemed like in the old kitchen I wasn't really happy with where things were. So, let me know what works for you.
Here's what we have...

This is the main wall. The refrigerator will be on the wall to the right. Each upper cabinet will have three shelves to put stuff on, although that can be altered to two or even four per cabinet. I'm planning plates and cups in the upper cabinets, but which side? Also will probably have silverware in one of those top drawers. Beyond that help!!!
This will be our pantry cabinet. It will have five pull out drawers. Mostly food goes in here, but may store other stuff on the shelves. Thoughts? Also, the refrigerator is to the left of this cabinet. And then that corner cabinet is a lazy susan with one drawer.
This is the final section. Will likely put cooking utensils in the top drawer next to the stove. There is also a small drawer to the left. That is an added cabinet that we have not bought yet.

Mugs, pyrex, pots pans, waffle iron, stand mixer, cups, bowls, plates, towels/pot holders, Brixton's kid size cups/plates, tupperware and lids, mixing bowls, crock pot, etc - it all needs a place.

There is also an entire backside to the last section of small storage shelves. I'm thinking that may be seasonal stuff or maybe even games -- but I'm open to suggestions on that as well.

I appreciate any help. I'm curious to know what works for you.

Thanks.

One cabinet for all the glasses and mugs, near the sink/dishwasher. Plates/bowls on the other side of the sink or the cabinet closest to your dining area. Pots and pans go near the stove. Potholders near oven and towels near sink. I keep my mixing bowls in the lazy susan along with the flour, sugar, etc. Pyrex in the upper lazy susan or put them next to your dishes. Tupperware is furthest away from my prep area although I get into it quite a bit so I should move it closer, I guess. Mixer and crock pot also stored a little further away. Mostly my motto is the most used items close to where they are used.

For sure put Brixton's stuff where he can reach it...maybe in one of those lower drawers in pantry or near stove if you have any left? It's helpful when they can get their own plates and cups!

I have no help there whatsoever, but I can't wait to see it when it's done!
