I'm Pregnant!

Just 8 weeks. While there's still plenty of time for something to go wrong we decided to just let the news out. 

I'm due somewhere around December 19th or Christmas Day. If this kid is anything like Brixton all that means we'll have a baby by Thanksgiving. We'll see.

I would like to ask for your prayers on several things:

1. For a healthy baby

2. For my health. So far I have horrible all day sickness. I had this with B but do think this is worse. Also, my overall health is a concern. This is somewhat of a risky adventure for my body. If my Crohn's becomes active then I could be in big trouble. The good news is right now it seems to still be under control. 

3. For our growing family. We are so adjusted to being a family of three. I know this baby will fit right in but I'm more worried about Brixton adjusting and not feeling jealous.

We had our first appt Friday and everything looked great! There was actually a second little black hole on the ultrasound but it was empty. Dr said it may have been a twin or maybe just a cyst but it will likely disappear soon.

We are very excited and a little nervous! 

I'll leave you with what B has been telling people... "There's a baby in Mommy's tummy and it's in an egg and it looks like a bean!"
