We went Tuesday for our BIG ultrasound. Everything looked great. His brain, heart and other organs were perfect! I'm so glad to know that. Though I have to admit it is in some ways a little hard to accept. We have friends who had their little boy about 2-3 months ago. He has had so many problems and is still in the hospital. Before long he may be able to go home, but not without a ventilator and maybe a trach in his little neck. Please pray for this family. They found out at their BIG ultrasound that he had a heart issue, so I was a little nervous about ours. Like I said it's bitter sweet. I'm so glad my baby is OK, but hate that they are suffering with their little boy.
OK... I'll try to make this a little more joyful of a post.

They say he looks like what he will look like when he's born, just that he'll be a little more filled out. We think he looks like Nate. At least he has Nate's nose and his ear is shaped like Nate's.
It's confirmed.. he's a boy!
He's not sucking his thumb. He covered his face almost the whole time with his fists. They poked at him and this is where he was moving his hands. Our doctor's office just does the 4D as part of normal procedure. We were really excited about that!
His profile. They say he weighs about a pound and a half and according to this ultrasound he's due November 21! He just keeps moving up.. though we are going to stick with November 25th as the official date.

Isn't 4D just amazing. He look very sweet. Course he is a boy...and you have nephews! I'm so happy for you guys. Also Gourmet Yarn moved across the street next th the old Albertson's grocery store on the corner of Britton and May.
