Anxious & The Name Game

I'm so excited. Today we finally get that BIG ultrasound that everyone talks about. I can't wait to see this little guy swimming around for more than 2 seconds. The nurse at my doctor said if we don't ask they will flip the machine to 3D/4D (I don't really understand the difference).
This kid still doesn't have a name and it may be a while. I had Nate narrow his 100 down to 5.. turns out there was really only one or two of the 5 that I would agree on and it seems like those barely made his 5. I think that means one of those should be the name, but that would be too easy, right? I made my top 5 list and I think he hates them all too.. we'll see. I guess we still have quite a bit of time to decide. He'll have a name come November!

Our first (Owen) was easy to name. Our second took longer. Mark wasn't named until a week before he was born. Just remember if you pick too unique of a name it maybe even harder with your second one.

3D is 3 dimensional. 4D adds the 4th dimension (time) in a video. That is the difference, I believe.
Cole was named 6 years prior to his conception so we didn't even have baby name discussions. Same with our next child...well, if it is a boy there may be a few discussions, but we already have a few we like. Good luck!

We each looked through a babybook of every name there has ever been online! We made a huge list each but narrowed down to 10 on a piece of paper. We each took turns marking off the ones we hated the most until we got down to the top two...then we picked somehow. Good luck! You have plenty of time...we waited until I was like 8 months at least!

You could always take a poll after delivery like the Ackermans did! You'll figure it out and we can't wait...
