Looks like we have a DEAL!!
Let's just hope it all goes through.
Tonight we have officially signed a contract to sell our house. Did we get what we want? No, but I'm OK with that because I'm ready to move on with my life.
Please pray that everything goes through. We have had a rough go of it with realtors and are honestly pretty fed up with them treating us like we are uneducated fools.
So, having vented that, please pray that the realtor we are dealing with won't yell at either of us again, or push our buttons beyond what we can emotionally handle.
Also, please pray that we make it through all of this trusting that God is going to watch over us because knowing that is really the only way I'll make it at this point.
Clarification: The buyer's realtor yells at us. We have a realtor, but this deal is a for sale by owner deal because it was in the works before we hired a realtor... it's complicated

I will be so glad for you two when this is all over. There is nothing worse than owning two homes and having realtors yell at you. Sorry!
