Here he is after Creation Station with his friend Haylie. His expressions crack me up... and look close, Haylie has a little powdered sugar mustache.
OK, this is probably the best picture of the day.
And here we go....
Me: Brixton, stand here. Smile. Look at the camera. Please be still. Please let go of the puppies cage. Please put your hands in your pockets. Smile. Look at the camera.
Brixton: (giggles and gives me the following. He also has a big gumball in his mouth)
Maybe if I used a real camera and not my phone they wouldn't all be blurry.
Here are the family photo efforts. Again, I should really pull out my real camera sometimes.
Yes, Nate's tongue is blue. He had some Easter candy.
I'm not really in to the Easter bunny. Brixton learned about the bunny from a few people and began expecting a basket. Well, I never bought anything. Saturday we went to my mom and dad's and dyed eggs and did an egg hunt. My mom gave us a bag of stuff with a chocolate bunny and a couple other little things for B. Well, Sunday I got up for work and saw the bag my mom sent sitting next to B's Easter basket and guilt set in. This kid was expecting a bunny to visit so visit "he" did. I quickly put the chocolate and marshmallow bunnies from my mom and the Veggie Tales DVD in his basket along with some of the candy eggs he got from his daycare egg hunt. Done! Nate said Brixton was really excited and wanted to sit by the basket while he ate breakfast just so he could look at it. Thanks mom for making sure my kid had his little fantasy come true.

Great family pic! So funny - and I loved you guys being so honest on the video at church. Blessings!
Darling tie and vest!! Such a beautiful family!! We don't really do the Easter Bunny thing. My kids were puzzled when asked if the Easter Bunny visited our house yesterday! Ha! The Easter Bunny hides Easter eggs and that's about it. We're loads of fun over here;)
Thank you for sharing your family's journey yesterday.
