One Month

Wow! I got all of these pictures ready at one month and here we are past two months. Oh well. Life has been a little busy so that's OK. 

Ila has been such a wonderful addition to our family. I don't have any of those fancy month stickers for her, but this is the picture I took at one month. 

It has been so much fun watching Brixton adjust to being a big brother. There have definitely been challenges, but he LOVES his baby sister so much. This was on our morning walk to drop him off at school. Before Ila and I left him he insisted on taking a picture. I hesitated because I had no make up on and had barely brushed my hair, but ultimately that doesn't matter. She's even grinning a little. 

She's even made a friend. One of the couples in our Q Group has a new baby too. He's almost exactly a month younger than she is. Here she is meeting Briggs. 

She has been such a wonderful baby. I have loved every moment, even the sleepless ones…. OK, I don't love that she hates the car and screams like crazy but I know it will get better.
