With all of the health stuff I've had going on I have been losing a lot of weight. My doctor watches it pretty closely from one appointment to the next, mainly because Chron's can cause malnourishment issues because it stops my body from absorbing necessary nutrients. I know some people think it would be great to lose weight, but trust me this is not the way to do it.
I tend not to really notice it when I just look in the mirror from day to day, but I definitely notice it when I see myself on TV and when I put on some of my pants.
Take these for example. A couple of months ago these were too tight (especially on my bum). I was uncomfortable wearing them because I felt like they looked too tight. But now I have the opposite problem, they hang on me and are just too baggy.
I'm trying to add calories but in a healthy way. Although, I have done my share of holiday snacking. I've been working with a nutritionist to make some healthier, less processed, less sugar-filled changes to my diet. I'm sure that adds to the weight loss, but I definitely need to get a few more calories in each day.
