5+ lbs, Chubby Cheeks & I'm Not Talking About Me

That's right, our baby, according to yesterday's ultrasound, weighs 5.4 pounds!! And I still have about 8 weeks to go.

He also has very chubby cheeks which are really cute. The big debate so far on each ultrasound has been who does he look more like. In the last one we thought he looked a lot like me, but this time I'm convinced his nose is Nate's.

Here he is three weeks ago.. by the way he gained two pounds in three weeks.. they say he should gave 1/2 pound per week now.

During our appointment the lady said, "so what's your due date?" All while looking at the screen that had it on there.. I said "November 30," (that was the original due date, we usually go by the 25th because that's what my old doctor went by) "but is that chart saying it's November 6th?" She said, "Yup, but let's check his leg. Well that shows November 8." The first date was by his head measurement, which by the way is already 10 centimeters! So, this kid, if he makes it to his due date will be huge! I'm talking 9.5+ pounds!

My amnionic fluid levels are still too high so I have to go back in 3-4 weeks. They say it doesn't appear there's anything wrong. The doctor said since the baby is big it means he probably pees alot causing there to be extra fluid. It does mean I'm still at risk of pre-term labor.
