My Review: Gluten Free Cookies

Yesterday I made my first batch of gluten free chocolate chip cookies.
No flour...
Instead you puree these... garbanzo beans.. with honey and peanut butter to get the dough.
They don't look bad.
This guy was happy with the result.
They really weren't bad. They're definitely not as good as a "normal" chocolate chip cookie, but they are edible and will work for an occasional craving.
