We were given tickets to A Day Out With Thomas by a friend from church. We went Friday. Brixton LOVED it. He actually had gone before, but he was too little then to remember. I will say this was a much nicer day and we road on an air conditioned car as opposed to the outside car we road last time.
He was not too big on getting close to Sir Topam Hat. But after a little coaxing he got in for a good picture.
Waiting for Thomas. And finally seeing him. We actually did this picture right before leaving. I think this is a fun little event. I will say, however, had we not been given tickets we would not have gone. The tickets are a little pricey. Although, I do like that you can go and do all the other stuff for free. So, I guess if you can convince your kiddo that the train ride is not a big deal or doesn't exist then you can go have a lot of fun for free.
And a final story... Nate took B into the portable potty before we left. B came out and said, "That's a FANCY bathroom!" He cracks me up. Although, I don't really know what that says about our bathrooms at home...

How neat! Those abandoned cars just down the tracks from the museum are where we did some senior pictures the other day!
We are going Saturday. I'm hoping it's not ridiculous because we did purchase tickets and Haylie better love every minute. (HA). I know they both will love it - glad you guys had a good time!
