Well, I am a little behind on these meal postings. Let's go back to last Thursday. The Pinterest recipe of the day was Olive Garden Breadsticks. They were pretty yummy. I think I could definitely give these another try. I was also supposed to make this pasta but didn't have all the ingredients so I improvised. Bad idea. The pasta was awful. Fortunately my family loves carbs so we loaded up on bread.
Friday it was just lunch -- Crab Dip. This wasn't bad and was easy to make, but Nate did not like it. He's not really a fan of crab dip so he says.
One thing I've noticed is I feel like I am wasting more food this month.
Saturday I had another roll up recipe planned, like what I did last Saturday. Those were so bad that I decided not to try another one. We ended up going out to eat with my in-laws for lunch.
Saturday night we had homemade Pitas. There were really good, but I did not take a picture because they did not rise like a pita is supposed to. I did something wrong in the recipe. They tasted pretty good and Nate and Brixton loved them. I will probably try again sometime. The recipe was super easy.
