I decided a few weeks ago that I needed motivation to actually make the things I "pin" on
. I had made a couple of the things on my Yum! board, but likely would never use many of the others. So, I decided why not do a month of Pinterest meals? I planned out meals for the whole month of May (except for Sundays because we always eat out and have Q-group and Friday nights we eat at CR). I even planned lunch for Friday and Saturday since we are home on those days.

Last night I started.
Here it is... Creamy Garlic Pasta
It was super easy to make. My picture definitely doesn't look as good as the one in the link above, but it was delicious! Nate even loved it. He always makes fun of Pinterest if I mention it, but after eating this he said something about Pinterest not being such a bad thing after all. I think he's going to enjoy this month.
I'm going to start moving the things I make from my Yum! board to the Things I've Actually Made board.
I can't promise I will post every day, but I will try my best to let you know how these meals go. I will at least update the Pinterest board with a little note about what I'm making and what I thought about it.
Knowing myself this could all easily not happen, but there is something about trying something new for dinner that just might keep my interest in this case.
